Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the item is:

• Faulty
• Not as described
• Significantly different from its sample or imagery

If there is a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos.

SOLIELA reserves the right to assess all claims before issuing any replacement or refund.
